Owner Review PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Integrated Amplifier!

The team of Upscale Audio in the USA received a very nice review from Glen Terry about his PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Integrated Amplifier.

I recently upgraded my analogue system from a PrimaLuna Dialogue Two to the EVO 400. I have always found the Two to be a more than capable amp that produced great and memorable sound. Wanting a bit more “oomph” from the amp, I chose the EVO 400. WOW! Could not be more satisfied! Detail, range, soundstage, bottom-end, presence, etc. all reached a new level that I did not even know existed. It is only getting broken in and all ready I am amazed. Even my non-audiophile friends are impressed. Well executed!

In June 2021, Mr Alan Sircom of hi-fi+ magazine in the UK reviewed our PrimaLuna EVO 100 Tube DAC! He said the following about it:

“I’ve been extremely taken by the PrimaLuna EVO 100 DAC, in a way I was taken by the EVO 300 amplifiers we tested in Issue 177. There’s a sense of organic structure to the music that’s common to both digital and analogue sides of the PrimaLuna coin. That’s perhaps understandable in that they share common goals and the same designers (unlike many digital arms of electronics brands, where these might be completely different teams). This is one of the nicest, most effortless sounding DACs out there, but not in a veiled way. PrimaLuna’s EVO 100 DAC is incredibly informative, but in a musical rather than audio-detail way. Nice!”
