Customer Review: PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Poweramplifier

PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Poweramplifier

The team of Upscale Audio in the USA received a review from Kin Chan about his PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Poweramplifier.

“ This tube amp matched perfectly with my Martin Logan ESL X speakers. I bi-amp them with the PrimaLuna EVO 400 driving their mid and high, fantastic! I recently changed its center two 12AU7 tubes with some vintage NOS GE tubes, much clearer and louder. My class D NAD amp driving the low frequency has some tough times keeping up with this PL amp. Worth every single penny I spent. Also, thanks for the quick and well packed shipping from Upscale Audio. Everything arrived at my home on the other side of the shore (Massachusetts) faultlessly.”

Thank you very much Upscale Audio.  Thank you very much Kin Chan for your support! Highly appreciated!

NEW Review! PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Integrated Amplifier by Jason Kennedy – The Ear Magazine

Posted on 15/01/2021 by beheerder

NEW Review!

Mr Jason Kennedy of The Ear Magazine in the United Kingdom reviewed our PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Integrated Amplifier and stated:

“This is a very nice amplifier indeed, it combines the smooth transparency of tubes with enough power to drive speakers that wouldn’t work with most glass powered amps. I love that it’s is so flexible and fully-featured, yet retains the huge musical advantage of Ultra-Linear operation, with Triode mode available to those with speakers that can work with it. If you want features, detail and musical charm, it’s a very strong offering indeed.”
