The only thing I can add is that I am happy to read about another PrimaLuna owner feeling lucky to have one of our amplifiers. In Georgia by the way, we don’t have a distributor to work with, but we feel so confident about the quality and reliability of our products that we dare to send the products direct from Holland in such situations and warrant the products like it was “next-door”. Outside Europe we don’t charge salestax of course (but you might have to pay that at import) and freight plus insurance is always “on us” as we cannot blame a customer for us not having a local representation. I run into this blog and I am amused about what I read. Specially if I read about “testimonials flying in”. It reminds me about an email I sent to PrimaLuna years ago. I had an urgent question, during the weekend, and my dealer wasn’t available. I write my message and send it out. More or less within a minute I see an answer coming in and instead of reading it I reacted kind of moody. I remember I complained to my wife that I was getting sick of these automatic answers … and refused using my hifi system during the weekend. I checked my mail monday morning and found out that the answer received within the minute was a real answer from a real person at PrimaLuna: the owner Mr. Herman van Dungen answered more or less immediately and while it was so lightning fast, I thought it was a standard response that couldn’t help me out ….. I am really sorry PrimaLuna and thank you indeed for the nice products and the excellent service.
Hi Robert. That is quite funny indeed. I cannot guarantee that I answer all questions “within the minute”, but if I can … why not? If ever another question comes up don’t hesistate to email us and we will always try to give you a more or less immediate answer.
