Recently, our PrimaLuna distributor in the Philippines attended the Manila Hifi Show 2022! From Mr Lars Chua we received the following message!

“Hi Herman!

We have just concluded our Manila Hifi show. The number of guests’ turn-out was very, very good, and my two rooms were packed most of the time.

In the first room, my trusted old Magnepan 3.3s were easily driven by PrimaLuna DiaLogue HPs. This small room was filled with fast planar magnetic 30Hz bass.

The second, bigger room had the old Infinity driven by the latest all EVO amplifications.

In both rooms, the PL EVO 100 Tube DAC was fantastic. This DAC made it easier for us to amaze the guests with digital music.

Just the same, my analog gear sounded fantastic also in both rooms.

In a third room, The Cebu audio Room 507, they had the EVO 300 Floyd Hybrid driving KLH threeways. The combo sounded lovely.

All I can say is our rooms had the best sound with the most powerful but controlled bass. The adjacent rooms had to close their doors :-).

Other exhibitors at the Manila Show were Gryphon and the latest Goldmund. I have attached pictures of our setup in the two rooms.
