As announced in previous post, during the CES show in Las Vegas, we have realized a few interviews with key personalities into the high-end audio industry.

Today we start with an interview with Anthony Chiarella of Specialty Sound & Vision.

Specialty Sound and Vision is a leading wholesale rep. firm located in the New York Metro area. Since 1998 they have served the specialty high end audio and home theater stores and showrooms. Their international portfolio represents some of the best brands in specialty electronics.

Prior to Specialty Sound and Vision, Anthony Chiarella was one of America’s top freelance journalists, with articles appearing in Esquire, Men’s Journal, Home Theater, Audio/Video Interiors, Fi, The Absolute Sound and about a dozen other publications.(His work can still be found in Maxim, Manhattan Luxury and others.) Prior to his writing career, Anthony spent over twenty years—with a six year hiatus as a fixed income analyst for The First Boston Corporation–working in every audio retail environment from the sublime (Lyric Hi Fi) to the ridiculous (Crazy Eddie). Along the way, he also started Dynaclear, a small company dedicated to the design and manufacture of specialty audio accessories.
